Responsibilities
You will be responsible for designing and supporting implementations of the Graphyte product suite both pre- and post-sale, ensuring frictionless solutions that drive success
Your clients will include some of the largest financial institutions in the world, and you will be the one of the first to witness the outsize impact of our software on enterprise operational efficiency
On a daily basis you will interact with Quantifind’s Customer Success Managers, Technical Project Managers, and Technical Product Managers, as well as our clients’ IT and business stakeholders
You will manage complex technical projects, triage inbound questions and requests, help manage technical documentation, and operate as a key conduit of communication
You will have every opportunity to operate as an extension of the Product development team, gathering evidence and feedback from the field and being the first to bring Quantifind’s innovative product solutions to life
Qualification
Required
You have 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical support, analytical, or consulting role
You have a high EQ and impeccable communication skills
You hold a BS or MS in computer science, mathematics, or engineering or have equivalent technical professional experience
You have specific experience in the delivery or implementation of SaaS software within large enterprise environments
You are experienced in interacting directly with Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and are familiar with common API protocols
You have experience working with relational databases and SQL commands
You are conversant in the agile software development process and relevant tools such as Atlassian Jira® and GitHub
You are familiar with common data formats such as csv and JSON, as well as the methods and tools for reading, writing, manipulating, and secure transfer of such data files
You are consultative and collaborative in your approach to problem solving
You are eager to evolve and face new challenges
