Qualification
Required
PE license required
8+ years of project experience in rail track design
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required
Proven ability to manage contracts, lead teams, and exceed client expectations
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
