As a Support Engineer, you will provide technical support to clients, ensuring they have exceptional experiences with Chalk's products while collaborating with engineering teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities
Provide front-line technical support to Chalk customers, diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly
Collaborate with Engineering to escalate and resolve complex issues effectively
Develop deep product knowledge to help customers maximize value from Chalk
Document solutions, create knowledge-base articles, and share insights to prevent recurring issues
Identify opportunities to enhance product reliability, usability, and customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Technical background with experience in technical support or software engineering
Proficiency in Python and SQL
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
Previous experience in customer-facing technical roles is highly desirable
Preferred
Experience supporting ML/data infrastructure or products
Understanding of Machine Learning operations and infrastructure
Previous experience in a high-growth technology startup
