Responsibilities

Work with Cross Functional Teams to Implement Improvements
Conduct Process Observations and Time Studies
Assist with Planning for Facility Layout Changes
Implement 6S and Visual Factory
Assist with Value Stream Mapping and Documenting Current State Flows
Participate in Kaizen Events

Qualification

Lean ManufacturingAutoCADProcess ObservationsTime StudiesOrganizational SkillsCommunication Skills

Required

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Actively Enrolled and Pursuing a Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Industrial Engineering or Related Discipline
GPA > 3.0

Preferred

Previous Co-Op/Internship Experience or Previous Work Experience
Strong Organizational Skills
Excellent Communication Skills
Passion for Lean Manufacturing
Knowledge of AutoCAD
