Responsibilities
Participate in technical planning & requirements gathering phases including Design, code, test, troubleshoot, and document engineering software applications
Ensuring that technical software development process is followed on the project, familiar with industry best practices for software development
Develop applications in languages including… ServiceNow, SPM and ITSM skills
Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience level
Qualification
Required
Passionate developers with several multiple implementation experience in SPM (formerly ITBM) and ITSM
ServiceNow Development experience of 5 years required
Multiple hands-on SPM implementation experience required (Demand, Strategy & Goal setting, Capacity, Planning, Project etc.)
Hands-on experience configuring ITSM modules (Incident, Request, Problem, Change). Knowledge of Major Incidents
Solid understanding of CMDB
Proficiency using Glide API and JavaScript on the ServiceNow platform
Experience integrating external system to ServiceNow using REST & SOAP
Solid experience creating Dashboards/Reports - Performance/Platform Analytics
Proficient in leveraging AI technologies to drive innovation, support strategic initiatives, and enable data-driven decision-making
Possesses a strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations
Proficient in authoring, editing and presenting technical documents
Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or comparable major
Strong consulting and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with various organizations in pursuit of problem solutions
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
Self-starter who can work independently
Strong debugging, problem solving and investigative skills. Ability to assimilate disparate information (log files, error messages etc.) and pursue leads to find root cause problems
