Required

Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 10 years of relevant experience

Higher education may substitute for relevant experience

Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education

Deep understanding of Business Intelligence / Data Warehousing concepts

Advanced experience with reporting tools (Power BI)

Solid SQL skills and the ability to write complex, highly-optimized queries

The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required

Preferred

Significant experience with Business Intelligence tools (one or more of the following: Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, qlikview, TIBCO Spotfire, SAP Business Objects, SAP Crystal Reports)

Advanced Power BI Skills: Data Model design: familiarity with OLAP and Tabular model design principles

Languages: Advanced DAX, Power Query (M)

Dashboard development, Workspace management, role-level security control

Skills in other MS SQL Server technologies – SSIS, SSAS, Stored Procedures

Knowledge of Python, Scala, PySpark, R or other languages is a plus

Data profiling skills

Knowledge of multiple development methodologies, preferably Agile

Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
