Responsibilities
Define and build metrics to measure GNE performance across sellers, listings, creators, and content
Partner with DE to stage data and develop pipelines that enable scalable reporting and analysis
Monitor key metrics, investigate anomalies, and deliver timely insights to stakeholders
Translate analysis into business impact by designing clear dashboards and data solutions
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years of working experience in data science, with a bachelor's degree or above, majoring in quantitative field statistics is preferred
Proficient in SQL, Python or R
Solid foundation in product analytics, statistics, and experimentation
Preferred
Experience with data tools such as Tableau (dashboards/visualization), Alteryx or Tableau Prep (data prep/ETL), and Jupyter Notebooks (exploratory analysis/prototyping)
Familiarity with SQL-based environments and big data platforms (Hive, Spark)
Experience in e-commerce or online marketplace trust & safety strongly preferred
