Responsibilities

Supervise a dynamic team of Manufacturing Engineers and Technicians, providing essential leadership and technical expertise

Spearhead the development of cost-effective manufacturing methods while ensuring product quality and process safety

Act as a project manager, guiding your team in implementing innovative process improvements

Engage in Lean Manufacturing initiatives to enhance productivity across the organization

Prepare personnel evaluations and coordinate with other departments

Maintain compliance with NADCAP processes

Create and maintain critical documentation

Lead Root Cause and Corrective Actions (RCCA)

Mentor junior engineers on best practices

Maximize customer serviceability and drive operational excellence to support new product developments and optimize workflows
