Responsibilities
Technical Ownership: Command the full technical scope for our most complex, large-scale building automation projects
Collaborative Leadership: Act as the bridge between Project Managers, junior engineers, and field technicians to ensure a seamless, high-speed delivery
Precision Engineering: Create sophisticated engineering documents, detailed wiring diagrams, and complex sequences of operation (SOO) that define the 'Setpoint Standard.'
Design Strategy: Lead rigorous design reviews, fostering a collaborative environment where team input elevates the final solution
Field Empowerment: Support our field teams with structured handoffs and clear, uncompromising specifications
Systematic Excellence: Maintain a relentless focus on quality control, ensuring every project stays on the fast track while hitting budget and accuracy targets
Cultivate Talent: Take an active role in our growth by mentoring the next generation of engineers and contributing to our internal 'Center of Excellence' training
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering
5+ years of heavy-hitting experience in building automation or HVAC controls engineering
Mastery of Delta Controls, Tridium (Niagara), or similar high-end BAS platforms
Expert-level proficiency in control system drawings, equipment schedules, and complex logic
A track record of owning project deliverables and leading diverse project teams to success
