Responsibilities
Assist Director of Audit & Risk Management in supporting third-party control audits
Assist Bank & Trust Compliance Officer in supporting third-party compliance audits
Assist Director of Audit & Risk Management in preparation for quarterly Audit Committee meetings
Perform risk management processes and tasks as directed
Perform compliance processes and tasks as directed
Communicate with and support auditors with their initial and follow-up requests
Coordinate audit committee meeting preparation and deliverables including the committee packet
Coordinate organizational risk assessments
Provide timely transactional compliance support
Perform other duties as directed by Director of Audit & Risk Management or Bank & Trust Compliance Officer
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
Three years related bank experience required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Critical thinking and organizational skills
Heightened attention to detail
Initiative within authority
Flexible attitude
Open to constructive criticism
Long term commitment
Proficient in Microsoft Teams channel development & coordination, Microsoft Excel & Word, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Risk management or compliance experience preferred
