Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC tasks
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and repair needs throughout the facility
Conduct regular inspections of building systems and equipment to identify potential issues
Replace light bulbs, filters, and other consumable items as needed
Repair or replace broken fixtures, hardware, and building components
Maintain inventory of supplies and tools needed for repairs
Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs when necessary
Clean and sanitize all restrooms daily, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors
Stock restrooms with paper products, soap, and other supplies
Clean and maintain kitchen areas and break rooms, including countertops, sinks, appliances, and floors
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the facility
Maintain cleanliness standards in all common areas
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in facility maintenance, handyman work, or janitorial services preferred
Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
Ability to safely use hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and reaching
