Responsibilities

Leverage subject matter expertise to develop, maintain, and streamline process documentation, driving continuous improvements to enhance efficiency

Proactively engage with internal customers to understand their needs, gather requirements, and drive process improvements that are aligned with broader organizational goals

Conduct thorough root cause analysis and implement solutions, proactively identifying gaps and offering options where appropriate

Track, problem-solve, and resolve process breakdowns

Navigate between day-to-day work and transformative project work in a fast-paced environment

Serve as a process subject matter expert to internal and external teams

Support Early Warning Services data contributions, control execution, processes and stakeholder relationship

Help monitor Early Warning Services file shares and support trouble-shooting, where needed

Lead smaller process improvement work and collaborate with teammates on larger initiatives

Required

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification

At least 3 years of Process or Project Management experience

At least 2 years of experience working in a data management role within a data management organization

Ability to effectively communicate and influence partners across multiple levels of the organization

Strong analytical and technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in an agile environment

Excellent communication skills and have the ability to adapt to change quickly

Apply project management frameworks across the entire project lifecycle, and possess a solid grasp of process management concepts and agile methodologies

The ability to be Technology fluent (or conversational) with a comfort level working in a technology world
