Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations with Coalition’s insurance and reinsurance carrier partners
Ensure seamless communication and data sharing with external carrier partners
Manage annual audits with all carrier partners, and project manage implementation of any audit recommendations internally
Review contract wording with carrier partners, and ensure compliance with carrier contracts and guidelines
Direct internal product development needs to support carrier partners better
Effectively collaborate and communicate carrier-driven needs and requirements with cross-functional teams (underwriting, claims, operations, product, engineering, etc.)

Required

Operational experience at an insurance carrier or MGA, or experience managing capacity relationships and operations at a reinsurance broker
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to formulate and articulate contractual, technical, financial, and operational needs with partners and internal teams
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Self-directed and self-motivated; excellent communicator and collaborator
