Responsibilities

Oversee Treasury operations, including cash management, ensuring optimal liquidity and minimizing risk

Review, maintain, and optimize all cash management systems and processes

Manage daily cash activity to meet financial obligations

Use of such tools as Blackline or FloQast (reconciliation matching), Alteryx (robotics process automation), and Workday Financial

Oversee the company's bank borrowings on a day-to-day basis, while providing key input on and participating in decisions regarding any debt refinancing and stock repurchases

Maintain relationships with banking partners

Prepare reports for senior management and external stakeholders on capital structure

Execute share repurchase program

Lead periodic review of banks and services, identify cost savings initiatives or efficiency opportunities

Ensure monitoring and compliance with debt covenants

Maintain rolling short-term cash forecast, ensuring optimal liquidity and minimizing risk

Analyze historical and projected cash flows to inform financial decision-making

Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting under U.S. GAAP

Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, variance analyses, and financial statement schedules

Drive internal control design and effectiveness, including documentation at SOX 404(b) level of rigor

Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Operations, and IT to resolve accounting issues and improve cross-functional processes

Lead system/process upgrades (ERP, close management tools, Blackline, Workday modules, etc.)
