CAPV Global Improvement Lead

Responsibilities

Develop and lead the implementation of the Global Technology Plan into Unit Technology Plans for responsible facilities
Investigate alternative, non-traditional technologies for the growth and optimized operation of production facilities
Work with the Technology Center Associate (TCA) to transfer important technological advancements for the respective technology to other facilities or technology areas within the business units or other relevant business units within Olin
Leads the development of technology and project skills for employees within the Improvement Organization for their area. Supports administrative supervisors in goal setting and performance evaluation
Leads Technology Center reviews and develops implementation plans for improvement actions in collaboration with plant, maintenance, and local Improvement Team Leaders

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Chemical or Mechanical engineering discipline preferred
10+ years Manufacturing or Technology experience in chemical processing plants; Chlor Alkali experience preferred
Must be able and willing to travel domestically and internationally, up to 25%
Degree must be from a school that is accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the Secretary of Education of the U.S. Department of Education or equivalent program from an international university

Chemical or Mechanical engineering discipline preferred
