Institutional Research and Assessment Analyst

They are seeking an Institutional Research and Assessment Analyst to assist in the collection, organization, and analysis of institutional data, while supporting the assessment of student learning outcomes.

Responsibilities
Assist in the collection, organization, and analysis of institutional data
Provide support for the assessment of student learning outcomes
Work closely with staff on both the Assessment and Institutional Research sides of the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment
Qualification
Required
A master's degree in education assessment or quantitative discipline (e.g., statistics, educational research, business administration, public policy)
One to two years of experience in university-wide data gathering and analysis
Experience with data base management and analysis
Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and statistical software packages (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Experience with Qualtrics or similar survey administration tool
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business analytics tools
Foundational knowledge of best practices in program and general education assessment
