Responsibilities

Join corporate and business transactions - real estate practice group

Handle acquisitions, dispositions, financing, joint ventures, and leasing of commercial, mixed-use, data center and industrial properties

Work on sophisticated transactions with Fortune 100 companies, REITs, and other large institutional investors

Collaborate with attorneys in multiple offices and practice areas including M&A, energy, and finance

Identify and resolve complex issues related to title and survey review

Qualification

Required

Between three to five years of law firm experience in acquisitions, dispositions, financing, joint ventures and leasing of commercial, mixed-use, data center and industrial properties

Ability to identify and resolve complex issues

Excellent academic credentials

Strong organizational skills

Strong writing skills

Strong analytical skills

Active member of the bar in the state of the Morgan Lewis office for which they are applying
