Responsibilities
Communicate and build relationships with clients on phone calls and in-person conversations, as well as maintain and update their portfolios
Generate various reports relating to wealth management, investments, and insurance
Assist in developing financial plans & recommendations based on analysis of clients' current financial standing and goals
Gather relevant financial data for clients and prospects to help with essential functions (e.g., account opening, transfers, journals, etc.)
Assist in interviewing clients to gather information about their assets, liabilities, cash flows, insurance coverage, tax implications, and financial objectives
This role involves building client relationships and general practice management support through preparing client deliverables, setting up a new business, following up on all business activities, assisting in financial planning, and performing other tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Has graduated or is in the process of graduating from an accredited college or university
Strong interest in wealth management, investments, and financial planning
Inclined to take industry-specific designations and certificates
Must possess or be willing to work towards financial securities licenses
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Equipped with a solid client-oriented work ethic
Dedication to teamwork and leadership
Proficiency in communication and writing skills
