Mammography Technologist Full Time
Jefferson Radiology, part of Radiology Partners, is the largest radiology practice group in Connecticut, seeking a patient-focused Mammography Technologist. The role involves producing and evaluating screening and diagnostic x-ray and mammography images, ensuring excellent patient care and competency in mammography examinations.

Providing excellent patient care by producing and evaluating screening and diagnostic general x-ray and mammography images as ordered by the referring physician
Demonstrating competency in Mammography examinations and patient care
Qualification
Required
Connecticut State Radiologic License, required
ARRT Certification, required
CPR (BLS) Certification, required
Preferred
ARRT Mammography certification, preferred. Candidates without their Mammography certification will be expected to obtain Mammography certification within 12 months from date of hire or 6 months from becoming board eligible
Bachelor's degree in science-related field and experience and training in Bone Densitometry, preferred
Experience with radiology information systems, preferred
Must demonstrate excellent communication and patient care skills
