Responsibilities

Conduct training for individuals and small groups with a wide range of skill sets, capabilities, and intelligence backgrounds (All-Source, SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, Intel Exploitation, OSINT, etc.)

Develop, evolve, and maintain internal and external programs of instruction covering analytic tools and methodologies

Coordinate and comply with annual community training requirements

Collaborate in identifying and facilitating training opportunities for organization personnel

Demonstrate expert proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools

Prepare and deliver intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel (O-5) / GS-14 level or higher

Utilize current intelligence related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development

Apply advanced HVI/Network Targeting methodology knowledge/understanding and nodal analysis

Fully utilize the F3EAD targeting process

Provide strong briefing skills and experience in analytical areas: Regional Analysis, Geo-Political Analysis, GEOINT/HUMINT/SIGINT Analysis and Collection Management

Required

Minimum of six (6) years intelligence/intelligence operations experience within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with four (4) years at the operational level

A minimum of six (6) years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies is required with four (4) years at the operational level

Proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends

Demonstrate expert proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools

Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel (O-5) / GS-14 level or higher

Sufficient experience to conduct training for individuals and small groups with a wide range of skill sets, capabilities, and intelligence backgrounds (All-Source, SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, Intel Exploitation, OSINT, etc.) to introduce custom built analytical tools and their application to the F3EAD Targeting Methodology

Highly proficient in utilizing current intelligence related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development

Advanced HVI/Network Targeting methodology knowledge/understanding, nodal analysis, and ability to fully utilize the F3EAD targeting process

Strong briefing skills

Strong background and first-hand experience are required in the following analytical areas: Regional Analysis, Geo-Political Analysis, GEOINT/HUMINT/SIGINT Analysis and Collection Management
