Work directly with IT teams and subject-matter experts to ensure documentation reflects current technologies
Write and post IT job descriptions on specialized platforms; screen and interview candidates for software, network, and tech support roles
Coordinate recruiting and onboarding for IT hires, helping teams grow with the right expertise
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Strong knowledge of IT concepts and outstanding written communication
Proficiency with documentation and recruiting tools (Confluence, ATS, GitHub, JIRA)
Preferred
3+ years' experience developing technical documentation for IT or software products
2+ years' experience recruiting IT professionals
