Human Resources Recruiter
UNEW, Inc. is a leader in the Gas Turbine Engine OEM Replacement parts industry since 1999, seeking a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator to enhance their people operations. The role involves managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities
Identifying staffing needs, advertising job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
Supporting new hires during their first few weeks, addressing employee concerns, and mediating workplace disputes
Administering salary and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing payroll
Designing and delivering training programs and developing employee skills and knowledge
Ensuring that the company complies with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Maintaining accurate employee records and managing HR systems
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years of human resources experience required
A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
Effective oral and written communication skills
Organizational skills
Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices
Self-sufficient, self-motivated, and have the ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
Preferred
One to two years of human resources corporate recruiting experience preferred
A Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred
