Responsibilities

Lead the strategic vision of the Out-of-Home Sales channel, driving accelerated growth, and market expansion through innovative go-to-market strategies and solutions
Cultivate dynamic partnerships, build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, and spearhead business expansion in key channels including, noncommerical, non-traditional retail, s, and traditional food service
Empower and lead a high-performing team of Out-of-Home team, turning their potential into performance and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
Drive innovative sales planning, monitor demand forecasting accuracy, and execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve volume and trade spend targets for the Out-of-Home Sales channel
Champion strategic influence, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide thought leadership to align professional objectives with the strategic vision of Out-of-Home Sales. Ability to influence and present to the US Leadership Team

Required

Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred
Minimum of 10 years of successful food service sales experience, with demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, execution, and relationship management
Proven ability to develop and execute an effective channel strategy and drive the strategic direction of the Out-of-Home Team within the organization, aligning them with overall business objectives
Excellent management and communication skills, ability to drive and coach a team in a complex multi-cultural environment
Exceptional leadership, coordination, and management skills with the ability to drive accountability and foster a climate of excellence
Strong people leadership skills, including the ability to engage, coach, and motivate a team to achieve business growth and success
Results-driven with a high sense of urgency and a passion to drive closure and deliver exceptional results
