They are seeking a Part-Time Surgical Technologist to join their Surgical Services team, responsible for preparing instruments, maintaining aseptic techniques, and supporting surgeons during procedures.

Responsibilities
Prepare sterile instruments, supplies, and equipment prior to surgical procedures
Maintain aseptic technique and sterile field throughout all surgical cases
Anticipate and respond to the needs of the surgeon and surgical team in real time
Ensure proper care, decontamination, and return of surgical instrumentation and equipment
Communicate with team members regarding patient care needs, observations, and findings
Deliver individualized care based on patient conditions and procedural requirements
Support efficient case flow and assist in turnover between cases

Report to the Clinical Manager of Surgical Services
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
1-3 years of healthcare experience with knowledge of sterile technique required
CPR - AHA Healthcare Provider certification required
Preferred
CST - Certified Surgical Technologist preferred
