Responsibilities
Provide consulting services to clients for analysis of their wired and wireless networks with minimal oversight
Analyze a clients’ network using network analysis tools and established processes
Complete network assessments involving the analysis of network topologies, config/show commands, network architecture, and capacity requirements
Conduct wireless network assessments focusing on radio-frequency analysis for data, voice, and video communication standards over Wi-Fi
Capture data while at client sites and complete an analysis of this data
Transfer analyzed data into a useful report format for clients using a standardized report format
Provide daily status reports to clients and Oracle Health Implementation team while onsite
Collaboratively work with clients, Oracle Health Implementation team members, and peers on the Network Assurance team to deliver thorough reports identifying issues and recommendations
Present final network assessment reports to Oracle Health Implementation team and clients, including leadership up to the C-Suite
Adhere to established processes, methodologies, and best practices for network assessments and create/deliver appropriate documentation
Engage with clients outside of normal business hours to complete network assessments in areas not easily assessable during regular hours
Establish, maintain, and strengthen client relationships and maintain a high level of client satisfaction
Manage multiple client engagements and administrative tasks such as timely submission of expense reports and timesheets
Manage priorities and communicate client expectations and progress
Attend and participate in team meetings and working sessions to develop knowledge of wired and wireless networks
Qualification
Required
3 to 5+ years of experience in network analysis and consulting services
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience with network analysis tools and established processes
Knowledge of industry standards and Oracle Health standards for network implementation
Experience in analyzing network topologies, config/show commands, network architecture, and capacity requirements
Experience in wireless network assessment focusing on radio-frequency for data, voice, and video communication standards over Wi-Fi
Ability to capture data while onsite at client sites and complete analysis of this data
Ability to transfer information into a useful report format for clients using a standardized report format
Ability to provide daily status reports to clients and Oracle Health Implementation team
Experience in collaboratively working with clients and team members
Ability to present final network assessment reports to clients and Oracle Health Implementation team, including C-Suite leadership
Adherence to established processes, methodologies, and best practices for network assessments
Ability to create and deliver appropriate documentation
