Responsibilities

Evaluate and execute new infrastructure opportunities in the power and utilities, transportation, digital infrastructure and energy transition sectors in North America
Investment and sector research
Financial analysis, valuation, and modeling
Prepare investment memos for presentation to the Investment Committee
Track select workstreams on a transaction and liaise with advisors
Understand structuring and tax issues related to M&A transactions
Participate in the asset management of existing investments
Work on other special projects as required

Required

2-4 years of prior investment banking, consulting, private equity or related experience
Undergraduate degree with top academic qualifications and demonstrated performance
Possess strong financial modeling and writing skills
Strong attention to detail
Maturity, presence, strong organization and verbal communication skills are critical due to the exposure and close interaction with senior members of investment team and senior executives
Team player, self-starter, detail-oriented, able to work independently with limited supervision
