Marketing Program Coordinator

Responsibilities
Contributes to the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies that strengthen the Agency’s brand, expand regional visibility, and support customer engagement and retention
Builds and maintains strong relationships with Valley Metro internal and external clients including departments within the agency, municipal and city partners, creative agencies, and other vendors
Guide planning and execution of marketing initiatives; including client needs assessment, providing recommendations, establishing timelines, coordinating development and successful completion of deliverables
Administer marketing campaigns for assigned clients, monitor campaign performance and provide post-campaign analysis
Effectively manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and accurate completion of work assignments
Prepares, updates and revises a wide variety of marketing materials, project plans, reports and/or other related information working closely with the communications and creative teams to ensure alignment with Valley Metro brand voice and guidelines
Oversees marketing department projects to ensure deadlines are met and work aligns with departmental and Agency objectives. Leverages project management tools and software to track progress, coordinate tasks, and support successful project execution
Researches and prepares scopes of work, creative briefs, or requests for proposals, for distribution to external creative agencies and vendors to bid on campaigns and projects
Participates in a variety of meetings, working groups, committees, promotional events and/or other related groups and activities
Participates in planning, coordinating and overseeing special events and activities in assigned area of responsibility
Performs other duties of similar nature and level as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field
Two (2) years of full-time professional working experience in marketing and managing projects
Valid Arizona driver's license and safe driving record
