Data and Systems Support Analyst

Responsibilities

Write code, SQL and design reports as per the specifications provided by the business unit and the Lead Architect
Test code and applications developed by other development team members to ensure proper functionality as per business requirements
Assist senior management in making design and architectural decisions for business systems. Participate in relevant meetings as requested
Work on special projects assigned by senior IT Management
Assist in the monthly submission of data to DCF
Provides support in data reconciliation tasks
Responsible for testing new features and/or updates in Carisk’s systems
Generates and distributes monthly reports to clients and providers

Required

High School Diploma / BS degree
Undergraduate degree program in Computer Science, Application Development or Business Technology
Knowledge DCF PAM 155-2 data requirements
Desire to work hard and learn while being mentored by a senior architect and business leadership
Ability to think quickly and change courses based on business needs
Experience with Windows, MS Office, IT Ticketing Systems
Problem solver and attention to details
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
