Responsibilities

Conduct acquisition planning and market research to support contract strategy and socioeconomic goals

Prepare solicitations, Requests for Proposals/Quotes (RFPs/RFQs), and amendments

Review proposals/quotes for responsiveness and support source selection activities

Perform cost and price analyses, support negotiations, and document selection decisions

Prepare contract awards, modifications, and closeout documentation for Contracting Officer signature

Maintain contract files and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations

Assist with contract administration, including payment issues, correspondence, and compliance reviews
