Tential Solutions is hiring multiple Senior Associates to support a Big 4 consulting firm client during Busy Season. The role involves providing Assurance services and business advice to clients in the Asset & Wealth Management sector.

Responsibilities

Provide a range of Assurance services and business advice to clients within the Asset & Wealth Management sector
Engagements will span small, fast-growing organizations to large, established entities

Qualification

U.S. GAAP knowledgeExternal Auditing expertiseAsset & Wealth Management experienceCPA certificationAutomation tools familiarityClient management skillsCoaching experienceData visualization toolsCollaboration skills

Required

Bachelor's Degree required
Minimum of 3 years of external audit/accounting experience
Relevant Asset & Wealth Management industry experience required
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, U.S. GAAS, and PCAOB standards
External Auditing / Audit & Accounting expertise
Ability to use feedback and reflection for self-awareness and growth
Experience delegating, coaching, and driving team results
Strong collaboration skills across virtual teams
Proven ability to build and maintain professional networks
Understanding of clients' businesses, operations, and industry trends
Ability to incorporate new technologies and apply them to client work
Skilled in working with large, complex data sets, models, and data visualization tools
Demonstrated ability to lead and work effectively within a U.S. Assurance practice of a global professional services consulting firm
Ability to manage multiple viewpoints, build consensus, and create positive outcomes
Strong client management skills, including seeking and acting on feedback
Commitment to innovation, problem-solving, and adding value to client engagements
Candidates must be prepared for long hours, including weekends, and should be flexible to meet dynamic team needs
Clear communication of availability and expectations is critical

Preferred

CPA preferred (required for Manager and above)
Big 4 Experience: Preferred
Preference given to candidates open to occasional in-office work
