Responsibilities
Administer medications accurately, safely, and according to physician orders and Indiana state regulations
Document all medication administration clearly and completely in resident records
Observe residents for changes in condition or side effects and promptly report concerns to nursing staff
Assist residents with daily living activities such as hygiene, grooming, and mobility, when needed
Communicate compassionately with residents, families, and fellow team members
Contribute to a safe, clean, and supportive environment that feels like home
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Active Medication Aide certification (QMA, CMA, or MA-C) in the State of Indiana
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
Ability to balance multiple responsibilities in a supportive care environment
Preferred
Experience in assisted living, senior care, or long-term care preferred
