Responsibilities

Convert AI/ML strategies into actionable program roadmaps, ensuring disciplined execution across global teams
Oversee Staff Data TPMs and AI/ML Delivery TPMs to ensure consistency and alignment across clusters
Manage cross-program dependencies, AI/ML enablement across products, and execution of SSOT rollouts with AI-enhanced data capabilities
Drive phased AI/ML deployments, market onboarding, and compliance readiness
Own delivery of data products and SSOT platforms with embedded AI observability, monitoring, and intelligent telemetry
Oversee platform architecture and infrastructure readiness to support ML workloads and AI-first data pipelines
Implement enterprise-level observability, cost transparency, billing, security, and compliance for AI-driven data platforms
Lead governance and product analytics execution across clusters, ensuring AI/ML models are fully integrated and monitored
Own enterprise AI/ML strategy spanning GenAI, AGI, ASI, and multi-agent frameworks
Lead AI integration into platforms, ensuring model lifecycle management, governance, observability, and regulatory compliance
Define and enforce AI/ML security protocols (access controls, auditability, bias/risk mitigation)
Partner with data science teams to operationalize AI/ML models into production-grade environments
Guide Delivery TPMs and engineers in embedding AI-first design principles and multi-agent orchestration into product development
Act as the bridge between data engineering, AI/ML science teams, platform architects, and business stakeholders
Ensure strong collaboration and visibility across teams in international and multi-market contexts
Mentor TPMs on AI/ML program management best practices, scaling operational efficiency across global clusters

Required

10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management managing programs and projects, with a focus on enterprise data platforms
Strong technical acumen: able to engage in discussions on architecture, design patterns, and system integrations
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
Skilled in stakeholder management, with ability to drive clarity and alignment across cross-functional teams
Demonstrated success contributing to or leading SSOT, MDM, unified data fabric, or other large-scale software/data transformation programs within a defined scope
Strong technical fluency in cloud and data platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Databricks, DataLake, GCP, Azure), ETL/ELT systems, and data governance
Solid understanding of data contracts, RBAC, billing, and metering, with exposure to multi-tenancy and TCO considerations
Familiarity with global privacy, access control, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD) protocols
Working familiarity with AI/ML frameworks, GenAI, and agentic systems, with ability to support integration efforts
Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams and navigating multi-regional compliance requirements
Effective communicator with strong systems thinking, capable of translating strategy into execution
Proven ability to operationalize governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation, Atlan), and support metadata lineage and policy enforcement
Experience supporting or helping shape TPM communities of practice and cross-team delivery frameworks
Proficient in Agile development, JIRA/Confluence, and managing team capacity and throughput
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 6 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area
Option 2: 8 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area

Preferred

Certification in Project Management
Master's degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 4 years' experience in product design
