Responsibilities

Analyze and Resolve Root Causes: Conduct in-depth analyses to pinpoint and address the underlying causes of customer complaints, leading to significant reductions and improved experiences
Proactively Identify Emerging Issues: Detect customer experience challenges early, providing timely alerts to VP+ leadership for swift intervention
Assess and Forecast Impact of Emerging Trends: Analyze ad hoc issues, such as social media trends or breaking news, to deliver insightful customer experience assessments and forecast potential impacts
Develop Data-Driven Executive Reports: Create comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports, including bank-wide performance and detailed complaint analyses, to identify actionable customer experience themes and proactively address potential issues

Required

Bachelor's Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering)
At least 1 year of experience in analysis

Preferred

Master's Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering
1+ years of experience in Statistical model building
1+ years of experience in market research
1+ years of experience in SQL querying
2+ years of experience in business analysis
1+ years of experience in consulting
