Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to collect past-due accounts
Analyze root causes of delinquency and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues
Follow escalation procedures for non-responsive customers or problem accounts
Leverage technology, systems, and tools to achieve collection goals
Work cross-functionally to drive resolution of outstanding balances
Manage a full AR portfolio independently and effectively
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; strong skills in Excel (intermediate to advanced)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and accountability
High attention to detail with strong time management skills
Analytical mindset with ability to conduct root cause analysis and identify process improvements
Team-oriented with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
Preferred
Associates' or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
1+ year of collections and/or customer service experience
Open to recent college graduates eager to grow their career
