Responsibilities

Performing legal research

Drafting briefs, motions, and memoranda

Assisting with pre-trial discovery

Handling other legal projects as needed

Observing real proceedings, including oral arguments, trials, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations

Required

Bachelor's Degree

Must currently be enrolled in an accredited law school program and must have completed at least one year prior to start date

Availability to work 35-40 hours per week in Summer (late May 2025 through August 2025) and 8-16 hours per week during the school year

Ability to work on-site in Whitehouse Station, New Jersey

Strong academic background

Superior research, writing, and analytical skills

Ability to balance multiple assignments and various deadlines

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Westlaw

Resume and writing sample required

Prior legal experience is helpful, but we will train someone who has everything we want
