Revenue Cycle Data Analyst – Specialty Infusion

PromptCare is seeking a Revenue Cycle Data Analyst – Specialty Infusion who will partner with the VP of Reimbursement to improve data usage and management reporting. The role involves collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive KPI reports related to revenue cycle performance, including metrics such as collection rates, denial rates, and days in accounts receivable
Ability to automate and enhance current processes to drive efficiency and accuracy
Identify trends and opportunities to optimize RCM operations
Support month-end revenue reporting and analysis
Assist in departmental forecasting and budgeting of labor and other operating expenses as needed
Prepare and present financial analysis to Executive and Operational leaders within the organization
Collaborate with Data and Analytics Engineers to enhance reporting and data infrastructure
Deliver Ad Hoc reporting and analytics as needed
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field required (i.e. Finance, Software Development, Computer Science, etc.)
5+ years of relevant work experience required
Experience with databases, reporting, and mining data using Excel required
Experience working with Bl Tools (such as Tableau, Power Bl) required
Healthcare experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) required
Have an expert level understanding of SQL and stored procedures
Experience and proven ability to drive automation and process improvement to increase accuracy and efficiency in reporting and analysis
Strong written, verbal, and data/graphical presentation skills
Must be organized and able to multitask
Open to dynamic change and ability to thrive in such an environment

Preferred

Knowledge of CareTend and/or CPR+ (preferred)
Prior experience working with Medicare rules, regulations, billing codes (preferred)
