Responsibilities
Monitor and observe enhancements using tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, and Grafana
Work with OpenShift to manage containerized applications and infrastructure
Support CI/CD pipelines with GitHub and ArgoCD
Develop automation scripts and dashboards to improve system reliability and reduce manual toil
Participate in incident response simulations and postmortem analysis to learn best practices in reliability engineering
Gain hands-on experience with modern DevOps tools and practices, while collaborating with experienced engineers in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
Qualification
Required
Actively completing an undergraduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related program
Minimum 3.0 GPA or higher
College level – Junior or Senior student with graduation dates between December 2026 and May 2027
Familiarity with Linux systems and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes/OpenShift) required
Exposure to Git-based workflows and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, ArgoCD) required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Passion for automation, reliability, and scalable systems
Entrepreneurial spirit along with the desire to be a continuous learner
Team player who collaborates effectively
Self-starter who can work independently and deal effectively with multiple tasks/priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Completed coursework or experience in systems engineering, cloud infrastructure, or DevOps practices strongly preferred
Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, or Prometheus preferred
