Responsibilities
Provide Person Centered Supports tailored to the individual needs (including Activities of Daily Living, behavioral supports, coaching through different situations, participating in home and community activities)
Support in transportation of varying activities important to the person as well as attend medical appointments as needed
Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments (including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation)
Teach valuable skills—from financial management to communication
Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy
Documenting care accurately to ensure accurate medical records
Qualification
Required
A passion for helping others and making a difference in their lives
At least 18 years of age
A valid US driver's license and reliable transportation with insurance
Ability to pass a background check through DHS
