Manage waiting lists and provide accurate wait times
Answer phones and take reservations as needed
Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and seat them at appropriate tables
Maintain organization and professionalism in the dining room and food service
Address guest concerns and escalate complaints as necessary
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in fine dining
Organizational skills
Time management skills
Customer management skills
Ability to manage waiting lists
