Founding Business Development Representative
Duckie is a company that empowers customer support teams to create their own AI support agents for improved efficiency. They are seeking a Founding Business Development Representative to build out a strong go-to-market strategy, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities
Build outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.) using tools like Dripify, Instantly, Apollo, and Clay
Consistently generate and qualify top-of-funnel leads for Founders
Bonus: Drive inbound interest through social media, paid ads, SEO, events, and influencer-style content
Turn learnings into repeatable playbooks. As we grow, you will help build the GTM org
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in B2B leads generation, in early-stage SaaS
Experience with building a strong outbound sales engine
Run multiple top-of-funnel motions — outbound, inbound, paid, organic — and know what works
Comfortable doing everything yourself: writing cold emails, launching ads, posting on LinkedIn, etc
Must be based in the US
