Senior LevelOVP Health is seeking a licensed PhD-level Psychologist to join their team in West Virginia. The Psychologist will conduct psychological and behavioral assessments, provide expert evaluations, and support various stakeholders including courts and social service agencies to promote effective care and sound policy.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and psychological evaluations for children, families, and adults
Provide expert consultation and testimony for courts, DoHS, and other agencies as needed
Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to behavioral health and psychological services
Collaborate with healthcare providers, social workers, and community partners to ensure coordinated and effective care
Offer professional support and consultation to providers when complex psychological or behavioral issues arise
Prepare detailed, accurate, and timely evaluation reports and documentation
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and organizational standards and ethical guidelines
Qualification
Required
PhD or PsyD in Psychology from an accredited program
Current and valid license to practice psychology in West Virginia (or eligibility for licensure)
Experience conducting psychological evaluations, behavioral assessments, and providing expert testimony
Strong knowledge of child development, family systems, and trauma-informed care
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Prior work with courts, child welfare systems, and state agencies
Experience developing or advising on behavioral health policy
Familiarity with West Virginia's behavioral health and social service systems
