Responsibilities
Process and ship orders
Receive freight and parcels
Record all received items in the computer system
Kitting and preparing equipment for projects; loading vans
Maintain the company’s high standard of quality and professionalism with regard to workmanship, customer relations, coworkers, behavior, and appearance
Completing your daily responsibilities and job duties with little to no supervision
Perform any other duties not specifically stated herein, but which your supervisor may assign
Adhere to all required project safety requirements
Qualification
Required
High school Diploma or equivalent required
Experience in inventory management, including shipping and receiving
Working knowledge of ServiceNow or similar digital workflow applications
Able to work 7 am - 4 pm Monday through Friday
Certified to operate forklifts or willing to get certification
Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch while performing duties
Able to lift or move at least 50 pounds
Prepare materials for projects
Ability to professionally answer phone calls
Highly proficient with the use of computers, including email, spreadsheets, and database Microsoft Office programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and follow-up skills
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
Self-sufficiency, able to efficiently complete tasks unsupervised
Take initiative and responsibility
Preferred
Experience as a Warehouse Clerk or prior experience working for a shipping company is highly desirable
