Summer 2026 Management Trainee Sales Internship - Burien
Enterprise is seeking university/college students for their Management Internship Program, which provides real-world professional experience and valuable business and leadership skills. Interns will engage in a team-based environment, taking on challenges similar to first and second year full-time professionals, while learning to manage a fleet of vehicles, care for customers, and develop marketing strategies.

Qualification
Required
Must be a rising Senior enrolled in a full time Bachelors degree program for the upcoming semester in a college or university set to graduate between July 2026 - June 2027
Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership
Must be able to work 40 hours/week and make a 12 week commitment beginning either May 11th, 2026 or June 15th, 2026, depending on academic calendar
Must attend a College/University in Washington state
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 civil moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
