Regional Solar Sales Manager
Clark Energies is a company dedicated to advancing a sustainable future through renewable energy solutions. They are seeking a Regional Solar Sales Manager who will lead and teach managerial duties while supporting the growth of their team in a structured environment.
Responsibilities
Market Clark Energies and Set-up new clientele
Teach new hires how to Canvass and schedule appointments
Teach new hires how to Consult potential clientele at pre-scheduled appointments
Host weekly appointment setter and Consultant Meetings
Be certain targets, goals and KPI’s are met!
Qualification
Required
STUDENT MENTALITY / COACHABILITY / MUST HAVE A HUNGER TO LEARN
MUST BE A COMMITTED INDIVIDUAL
Direct Sales Experience (5 years or more)
Solar Experience (5 years or more)
Must know how to self generate appointments
Cell Phone AND Laptop/Tablet for showing Proposals
MUST be comfortable with In-home presentations
