Manager, Account Management
Creo is a part of Omnicom Media Group, which delivers transformational experiences for consumers, clients, and talent. The Supervisor, Account Management, will lead a team of Account Management professionals, focusing on influencer strategy and client management, while serving as the key point of contact throughout the partnership lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Develop and own key influencer relationships that build a trust-based partnership with OMG clients
Communicate influencer marketing within the digital/paid media ecosystem and aid in the operationalization of service offerings and subsequent value positioning tied to the media environment
Manage client communication across influencer campaign lifecycle from identification to campaign reporting, and possess strong communicative abilities to relay the respective stages to clients
Leverage OMG Influencer tech platform for influencer discovery and client content review in concert with Creo creator activation personnel
Maintain a constant pulse on the influencer landscape education via thought leadership communication, staying atop of shifts in the industry and emerging trends and be able to communicate the impact to client business
Work in partnership with OMG COE platform teams and channel stakeholders to implement best practices across functions including but not limited to asset development, media amplification, commerce, and measurement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (Marketing/Advertising/Communications preferred)
3-5 years of experience within Influencer and preferably media environments
Hands on experience developing and leading client-facing communication tied to Influencer campaigns for Fortune-500 companies
In-depth understanding and mastery of Influencer marketing and an ability to match brand narratives with Creator-led storytelling
Strong agency account management background and comfort in leading internal and external conversations
Understanding of the Influencer ecosystem including paid and organic roles & responsibilities across platforms including but not limited to creative development, talent perspectives, best practices, and measurement
Excellent relationship building with internal and external stakeholders
Strong communicator and presenter, able to present and articulate persuasive and cohesive presentations and points-of-view
High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
Critical thinking and problem solving tied to implementation of new processes and process improvements
Strong business acumen and the ability to make highly impactful decisions in a timely manner
