Responsibilities

Draft Documents: Wills, trusts, and POAs that are accurate, clear, and client-ready

Client Meetings: Explain differences in documents in plain English (and Spanish)

Case-Load Management: Track estate planning files from intake to final signatures

Scheduling & Communication: Manage calls, follow-ups, and client updates

Attorney Support: Prep documents and provide updates to attorneys

Record Organization: Keep detailed files—because a missing signature isn’t an option

Qualification

Required

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with a diverse client base

Positive, coachable, stress-resilient, and genuinely curious about the law (clock-punchers need not apply)

Full-time at our El Paso office once renovations finish; brief remote training period possible
