Samaritan's Purse is looking for a Corporate Relations Coordinator to support the process of soliciting and receiving Gift-In-Kind donations for the ministry of Operation Christmas Child in Charlotte, NC. The role involves maintaining donor relationships, assisting with donation processes, and performing various administrative functions.

Responsibilities

Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him

Prepare paperwork for the Finance, Operations, and Corporate Relations teams

Assist with the Gift-In-Kind donation process through record-keeping, approvals, database entry, and donor acknowledgement

Support the Operations team with totaling and documenting donated Gift-in-Kind items

Coordinates shipments for Gift-In-Kind donations

Manage and solicit donor relationships through Innkeeper

Research and correspond with potential Gift-In-Kind donors

Communicate with current and prospective donors

Perform a wide variety of administrative functions

Serve in a processing center for up to four weeks during OCC processing season (Nov-Dec)

All other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
