Regional Office Administrator - Part Time

Samaritan's Purse is looking for a gifted and experienced Regional Office Administrator to provide administrative support for the Operation Christmas Child (OCC) team. The role involves maintaining volunteer data, responding to inquiries, and performing various administrative duties to support the mission of the organization.

Responsibilities

Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him
Enter and maintain accurate volunteer data in a customer relationship management system
Respond to voice mail, email, and phone inquiries
Communicate a basic understanding of Operation Christmas Child to the general public
Develop, maintain, and track data and processes paperwork from regional drop-off locations
Process promotional material order requests
Perform a wide variety of administrative duties for the region
All other duties as assigned

Customer relationship managementAdministrative dutiesData managementCommunication skillsFluency in English

Required

Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Fluency in English (required)
