Prepare patients for radiologic procedures by explaining the process and ensuring their comfort

Operate imaging equipment such as X-ray, MRI, CT, and other diagnostic tools accurately and safely

Position patients correctly to obtain optimal images for diagnosis

Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment to ensure safety and accuracy

Review and evaluate images for quality and clarity, retaking images if necessary

Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and imaging documentation

Follow all safety protocols to protect patients and staff from unnecessary radiation exposure

Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive patient care
