They are seeking a highly driven Client Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and driving growth for the platform.

Responsibilities

Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact
Understand their needs, provide personalized support, and proactively address any concerns or issues that may arise. This is a sales role that is service driven
Identify opportunities to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. Help onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition into the platform
Implement strategies to enhance client retention and loyalty
Keep track of sales activities, leads and opportunities
Other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric mindset
Self-motivated, proactive and able to work effectively in a fast-paced startup-esque environment
Ability to adapt to changes and embrace innovation in the evolving crypto landscape

Preferred

Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchains
General passion and knowledge of fintech and cryptocurrency
